Carla and Crappy Show: The Yes, Tennessee Again Edition

It’s Week 7 of the college football season … and for what feels like the 237th time this year, we’re talking about Tennessee.

Maybe it has something to do with the Vols’ apparent affinity this season for stress-inducing games (especially if you’re a fan or alum). Or maybe it has something to do with the dramatic finishes. Or lucky breaks. Or cute mascot. Or really annoying fight song. (OK, sorry. I got carried away with myself there for a moment.)

But yes, we are talking about Tennessee again this week because it just happens to be hosting a little team we haven’t talked a great deal about yet this season, but one you may have heard of — the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide. Can the Vols play another close one? Or will the turnover bug finally get the best of the checkerboarded home team?

We also dive into two other big games — one of which is causing Crappy much angst (Ohio State at Wisconsin) and one we apparently don’t know a whole lot about (NC State at Clemson).

So sit back and enjoy a great weekend of college football. (And be sure to wish Crappy a very happy belated birthday!)
