Tony Gonzalez is a Hero

I don’t mean Tony Gonzalez is just a football hero.

He is a real life hero.

He saved some guy’s life in a restaurant in Huntington Beach.

This wasn’t even about money or football tickets or anything. He didn’t carry him out of a burning building or do an emergency tracheotomy.

Nope. He saw a guy choking and he gave him the Heimlich maneuver.

Just like in a movie.

I guess he really does have good hands.

Goon Squad Sarah lives in the Washington D.C. suburbs and spends a lot of time obsessing about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Washington Capitals, fantasy football, and explaining to her seven-year-old twins why they don't root for the Redskins in their house. Sarah is also a sucker for the Orlando Magic and is still trying to choose between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Washington Nationals. If you can't get enough of Sarah here you can also find her writing at Sarah and the Goon Squad, That's right. You heard me., BlogHer, or myriad other sites, depending on the day.
